IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Columbus, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
