IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Markets Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
