IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
