IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Colorado Springs with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
