IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Birch Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 598 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
