IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Keystone Energy Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
