IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Meridian Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
