IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Cleveland. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
