IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Sparrow Energy Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
