IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
