IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
