IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
