IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
