IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
