IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 996 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
