IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Charlotte. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
