IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charleston, SC)

Redstone River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charleston with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
