IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Charleston area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
