IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quarry Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
