IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Drift Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 555 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
