IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boston, MA)

Greenridge River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Boston with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Boston. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
