IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boston, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
