IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boston, MA)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Boston, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Boston. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
