IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Boise, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
