IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Juniper Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
