IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Baltimore serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
