IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Rowan Arts Center is an arts centre in Baltimore with a full calendar of events, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
