IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Austin with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
