IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Atlanta region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
