IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Sable Financial serves customers across Atlanta with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
