IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Keystone Arts Center is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
