IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Atlanta across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
