IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Clear Energy Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
