IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
