IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Clear Freight and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
