IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
