IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
