IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Works manages apartment communities around Anchorage, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
