IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Orchard Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
