IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Oak Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling.
