IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is a Anchorage practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
