IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Anchorage. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
