IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova River Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Albuquerque, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
