IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Wren Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Albuquerque. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
