IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Ashton Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
