IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Beacon Water Authority and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
