IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Albuquerque with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
