IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Albuquerque region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
