IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Loom Financial serves customers across Albuquerque with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
