IT Support Specialist - property systems (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Willow Property Management manages more than 8,000 rental units around Columbus, and the systems that handle leasing, maintenance requests and rent payments have to work every day. We are hiring a full-time IT support specialist based in our Columbus office. What you will do • Support about 300 staff across leasing offices and the head office: laptops, phones, printers and accounts. • Troubleshoot issues with our property management software and resident portal, escalating vendor problems with clear notes. • Set up equipment for new hires and retire old devices safely. What we are looking for • Two years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient approach with non-technical colleagues. Full-time, on site in Columbus, with an on-call rota shared among the team.
